So easy to use not being rejected
My bank required my signature not an electronic signature. Maybe if I used my signature on pdf format I will try that next time.
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Very helpful for merging and deleting un needed pages in documents! Only issue is loosing the ability for the fillable spaces I created when I upload.
I actually wish I needed this service. Twice now their support live chat saved my life with recovering a file and cancelled my subscription within seconds of requesting. 10/10.
What do you like best?
It is very helpful to be able to fill pdf's in. It also saves paper and time. I hate having to print a form out, fill it in by hand and then scan it into the computer just to turn around and email it. With pdfFiller I can do the work on my computer, it looks professional and then I simply save it and email it. I also like the fax option.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I have a little trouble getting everything just where I want it. But the more I use it the easier it becomes. I feel that I will like it even more the more I use it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am solving the wasted paper and time. I am able to keep everything electronically. Forms look more professional. I do not have to pay a separate service for a fax line which I only use a few times a year, I fax straight from pdfFiller.
