Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be.
I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.

It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Kara in customer support was AMAZING!!! I couldn't get a form to do what I needed it to do so I sent it to her and she did it for me in no time! I needed it right away and she fixed my problem and saved my behind!!! I love this company!! Worth it's weight in GOLD!!!

Good, but would be better if the cursor would line up exactly on each line with the line above. It's frustrating to have to manually line it up every time.

I used this product to edit and fill out an application and found the software to be very easy to use and very effective!
I unfortunately forgot to cancel my 30day free trial and was unexpectedly hit with the charge the week before payday when I really couldn’t afford it.
I explained my situation to the customer support team via chat and they happily refunded me my payment!
Could not be happier with the service they provided and the understanding of my situation.
