great product. a bit pricy for the monthly subscription. charging by the document would be better for a person like me who only needs to use the service occasionally.
Good utility but service was even better
I used this a couple of times. It was good, but other than that specific task I had no use of it, I let the trial run out and a week after I was charged and they were gracious enough to give me a refund and cancel the subscription with no fuss. Greatly appreciated.

This has been an absolute time saver for complete differet typs of fire alarm reports from different forms and jurisdictions. I can't say how grateful I am for this service!
The only thing I really had a problem…
The only thing I really had a problem with is that I completed what I thought was a "free" form and then had to sign up for a free trial. The actual program is very useful and helpful and relatively easy to navigate through.
Very easy and intuitive, the learning curve is very small. Tiny differences in the drawing between what you see on the screen and in the printed document.

Got done what I needed although the interface was less intuitive than I hoped and instructions via hlp boxes wasnt there.
