Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.
I am glad to have this service available. The use is a little awkward ... hard to navigate between pages. Wish it was easier. I do like the ease of accessing and saving documents from the website to my computer.
ISSUE TOTALLY RESOLVED
My issue with PDF Filler had been totally resolved. Their customer service reached out to me and took care of this billing issue within 48 hours.

It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved.
