I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.
It's ok. While I rewrite the original words into another language, I want to down the line to look natural but it's not... because the line just leaves that much space

Customer ******* is *********! The support staff (****) spent 45 minutes with me getting through the steps I needed to save and print my document. **** was extremely patient and walked me through the steps a second time. I give them a five!!

Great customer service staff readily available, they don't waste anytime contacting you or getting you the support you need. Highly recommend.
ooh! simply amazing..though it was kind of difficult to get through around the platform but i figured it at last. and it gives me exactly what i wanted.
