I mainly use it to edit papers for my teaching position; it's been very useful to not alter the original format while adding my view point freely on the document.
I like using the program the only downfall for me is unless I pay more for the subscription I'm not allowed to use the premier options. That is my opinion It's already expensive for me since I really only use it for tax returns.
All of my experiences by way of the help line has been professional and satisfying. The Reps are all pleasant and extremely helpful. I am a very satisfied customer, Thank you!

So far so good, I would have given it a 5, if downloading my edited documents weren't hidden behind a paywall, but hey, I get it, it is in our nature to capitalize on things where it is impossible to find a solution, few have the solution, so why give it away for free? But yeah, good software none the less.
