I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I would think one copy per company would be about enough. One outstanding feature is that you have boxes for each field that you can type in, this makes life so much easie
I really enjoy using PDFfiller, it is simple to use. Customer Service was great in assisting me on anything I did not know how to use. They responded very quickly.
Good service. Can be a little difficult to line up the text in the correct spot. Would be good if you could easily move the text box up and down a little to line things up.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from.
