I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

Easy I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized. The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.
