So far, so good. It is easy to learn and fill out forms. The questions I had were answered on the spot. Should make multiple signatures on a form possible via email. Amazing.
This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. But the important thing is they indicate that it is free to use online, but they demand that we subscribe to make a charge, then we do not have the link to cancel

Print alignment not always spot on for forms, such as 1099s and you have to play with settings a bit,
but overall not too cumbersome.
This program has been a life saver but...
This program has been a life saver and a game changer as a secretary who sends out a lot of documents to families. There are a couple frustrations I've run into though.
The auto line up feature when adding text boxes or checkboxes can be an annoyance because a lot of things don't need to be lined up and therefore causes it to be slightly off of exactly where I need to place it. I'm not sure if that's a feature I can turn off so it could just be user error.
My biggest wish is that I was able to size multiple text boxes to varying sizes and then combine them as a whole text box but keep the sizes of the boxes.
Some of the forms I am editing have 3 or 4 rows of lines for a short answer but the first line is shorter than the rest. So expanding the text box to have multiple lines available just wouldn't work because it's always a perfect rectangle.

I have found the site easy to use and have not any problems with it. If I hit a snag with the functions I contact the team and they always sort it out for me. It certainly has made my work more efficient now that I am working from home.
Smooth W2 Efiling
I was just looking for a fill in W2 creator. This one transfers the IRS information to the other forms, and then as a bonus allows you to e-file. Reasonable price. I'm impressed.
