I didn't want to pay for the whole year but I've been charged for the full amount. Please cancel my membership and refund to the same credit card. If I do receive cancelation I'll dispute the charge.
EXCELLENT. WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE UNAVAILABLE FEATURES SHADED GREY. AND NOT VIEWED AS ABLE TO USE, AND THEN FIND OUT I HAVE TO "UPGRADE" TO NEXT LEVEL TO USE. THAT BECOMES ANNOYING A MAKES ME USE PRODUCT LESS
So far my overall experience has been pretty great. The only thing I would recommend would be having more of a collection of pdf's to compare on certain subjects. Other than that, I am one happy customer!
I love this company! Not only a great product, but when I had an issue, customer service solved it for me in minutes!!! They are fantastic! Honest and trustworthy!!!
