Was a bit cumbersome. When I searched for forms, the system kept giving me instructions on how to search instead of stating that an error was made or what to do to continue.
I am am extremely impressed with this service. Very easy to use. I recommend this to any private person and businesses seeking a convenient document fill product.
Amazing customer support
Amazing customer support. We had account and payment issues; and contacted via online help. We received prompt and frequent communication that helped us solve the issue within a few interactions (all over the weekend too!).
Just getting use to this program
Just getting use to this program. Was having a hard time finding my form that I needed but I think I have it figured out now.
Just started a free trial, would like to learn more about features etc to decide if it will be a good fit for my needs, if its worth it to continue my subscription

Ease of use, quick editing, icons help with the direction on what you are looking for.
What do you dislike?
Editing some previous text, automatically changes font.
