As a beginner, I would like to learn and practice some other functions. My favorite part of PDFfiller is I can sign the document either by type in my name or just tip my finger.
Its good, except that it saves the document automatically without allowing a Save as function when printing, so it overwrites the previous file, which is not so good.
Helps get the work done
I like that PDF Filler allows you to create a template and and works with interrogation apps so I can have forms filled in that I need for Every Client easily done.
With a Quick scan of any Paper form I can fill in without any challenges.
to print a Doc it is a Little slow but not to bad cant really think of any other cons
Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue
Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. One of which was sending me a visual with arrows.....That worked!!!! His patience and persistence is refreshing and truly appreciated.
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Great tool to simply fill out PDF
Nothing super fancy but a stable, well purposed PDF editor that has easy access to upload and download PDFs.
Easy to upload and download PDFs for simple editing tasks. Whether wanting to fill out with text or signatures, very simple to edit freely on a PDF.
A lot of competitors that are web based make this another run of the mill PDF editor. Nothing super fancy.
