PDF Filler makes it so easy and efficient to complete any document. I will never go back to handwriting, it's just a lot neater and clearly stated with PDF Filler.
Very limited use so far. Can't figure out how to select another form, either of the same type just completed or a different form without going back to the start page manually. Otherwise so far so good.
This is my first experience with online documents and I had a difficult time maneuvering through the settings. Would like more information on how to use.
My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. Tons of great features to streamline and especially for working with client signatures. Just discovered the document password protection, which is *******. Customer service is very efficient thru the chat.

THIS PROGRAM IS VERY EASY TO USE, YES IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A NO ONE CARES WHEN IT COMES TO SIGNING AN E-PAD.THIS TO HAD A FEW ISSUES AS FAR AS SIGNING MY NAME, IT WAS STILL VERY HARD TO SIGN MY NAME, BUT THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS THEY OFFER TO HELP YOU ARE GREAT!
