I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. I think if I am going to do this often, I will love to purchase this software. Thanks.

It saved me during critical process with U.S. Customs, enabling me to execute a Power of Attorney. I still need to learn more about the features to better make use of the site.

Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc. It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. As a new remote teacher, it has saved me so much time!! I use it to convert worksheets, making them able to be filled by my students in google classroom.
