Once I became familiar with the input it was pretty easy to use. However trying to Print was difficult. The on-line help didn't suggest using the DONE button!
The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?
The only issue I had was I had to complete it all in one sitting. Even though I paid for the sertvice it wouldn't let me save it. I started the document 3 times and lost all previous info the first two times.
What do you like best?
Easy to use. Very little start up time. Comprehensive set of features
What do you dislike?
Being in the cloud does require upload and download steps

I use it daily for contacts and client documents

This review is primarily for the customer service. This company had extremely quality customer service. FAST responses. I would definitely recommend trying it out for that alone, they will work through and address any issues you have. You won’t be disappointed. Great job.
