The greatest part about this site is being able to search for all of the various different forms you need. Turbo Tax wanted $159 just to fill out tax forms only needed once a year. Saving a ton on this site!!

I have been conversing with the support agent called Jed, and he has made my vision of this company very clear. Supportive, constructive and quick with the aim to please.
He has dealt with my query in such a fast and efficient way that is was delightful to receive a response from him.

It was smooth and easy to understand. My only question or concern is. When submitting my corrected 1099 to is IRS via your site. I was not sure which copy it was sending. It did not give me an option. I hope the correct copy was sent to the IRS.

I MADE A FEW ERRORS DUE TO UNCLEAR DIRECTIONS WHICH WERE EXPLINED TO MY SATISFACTION. A SATISFYING LEARNING EXPERIENCE.
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)"
