I like the fact that you can upload any document and make the necessary changes.

I dislike that you sometimes it freezes and doesn't allow you to upload quickly.

I have not had many problems . I enjoy I can easily stamp a signature on forms and send them out quickly.

First time to become a landlord and the ease of finding the correct forms is amazing. Being able to fill in the forms one looks more professional but two saves me a lot of time. Your page is easy to navigate. Just love you guys all around. Thank you
I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.
This company is the best, I have been using it since 2012 and love it, so easy to use, saves me so much time when filling out documents and everyone is super friendly with amazing costumer service!!!
