So Far, I have enjoyed using the software and it's ease of use. It accomplished the initial task I required, however, was disapponted when full functionality offered failed. Namely the USPS mailing feature. This caused personal business delay of service. I am interested in the use of this application for my business. Digital forms like a product trial agreement and installment payment agreement with customers is a secondary spin off that may be valuable to me. Storing signatures and document sharing is a plus. I like it's integration with Google Drive and others. I will recommend to others but st this point as a trial only.
Works for everything
Overall I am a fan of the software. I know not everything is supposed to work 100% of the time and things will happen so that doesn't deter me from using the software or recommending it someone else.
I liked the ability to install and go, this software worked for getting documents in, filling them out, and getting them back out. I like the options and the ability to even save some data.
Sometimes it has crashed or felt a little clunky. I am unsure if it is saving the data but during the saving process it has crashed on me and that is something i wasn't as much a fan of.

Filled out and sent to email forms to get my money orders refunded. Completely simple and straight forward. Definite 5 Stars!!

When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******! How I spent an hour filling out fields, then was forced into a trial through the threat of losing my doc if I did not comply with trial? that? that was messed up. the app is amazing. but that first experience overshadows.
