pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
The filler form was OK; however, it would have been better to know there was a cost and subscription up front before putting all the time in to fill out the form. Especially when it was shown as "FREE"

That got me upset but after contacting Shennon online support, I was assisted, and in less than 10 minutes, it was resolved. Shennon exceeded my expectation. Satisfied. The one time I used helped they actually helped. The other service I tried to use before this one, I couldn't get any help.
It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in
What do you like best?
It is user friendly, very easy to navigate and to find the features I need regularly such as text and erase
What do you dislike?
Nothing that stands out. Again I use it every day and it has greatly reduced time spent on admin work

I have many forms sent to me (employee evaluations, intern evaluations) that are in pdf and pdf filler has been an affordable way to turn those forms around quickly
I am cancelling my subscription to PDFfiller. My husband and I got the covid virus and we cannot continue to pay for the subscription. Other than that, I absolutely loved the access to PDFfilller.
