My experience on line with anything new is always a bit frustrating because of my inexperience. That said I was able to complete my form and print it out in one sitting
Have been using for 1-2 years. Easy to use, and the functionality continues to improve. A bit more costly than other options, but the convenience is well worth it.
What do you like best?
Ease of accessing documents, editing, uploading from pc, internet, and other sources. The ease of sending copies to clients or others via email. The safety of the process is great.
What do you dislike?
The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

I’ve resolved contracts, forms , Income tax forms, The benefits are the ease of use and access to documents.

Everything is wonderful
Everything is wonderful, however with my bad eyes and being slow, i still say it is great.Sometime I have a little trouble moving from are moving to the area to get going to the PDF. It is not you it is me just a little slow. Can not see that good. I am good enough to get my job done.
IRS Filing Made Easy
This service ability to work with the IRS is it's most valuable quality for me. I want to fill out documents quickly and file quickly. I believe this service with allow me to do that.

Most of our Company Documents are shared in .pdf format so having the ability of edit them without the need to print out and then fill them in is my reason for the 5 star rating. The interface is simple to understand and easy to navigate.
