Distribute Comment Format: make editing documents online a breeze

The PDF is a common file format used for business documents because you can access them from any device. You can open it on any computer or phone — it will appear exactly the same.

The next reason is data security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're safe for sharing data from person to person. Apart from password protection features, some platforms offer opening history to track down people who read or completed the document before.

pdfFiller is an online editor that lets you create, modify, sign, and share your PDF files directly from your browser. Convert an MS Word file or a Google sheet, start editing its appearance and create fillable fields to make a document singable. Forward it to others by fax, email or via sharing link, and get a notification when someone opens and completes it.

Use editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Change a page order. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Ask other people to fill out the fields. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add some for text, signatures, images and more.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: you can save it to your device, print or send via email, fax and sharing link.

I love PDF filler overall. It is a little cumbersome for my purposes because I'm printing out documents for patients while they are seated in front of me. The pages take time to load. Maybe that is my computer. I have to click several times to get to the final print link. But, I like the ease of editing documents.

Also CTRL + K works well in Notepad++ to comment. If you had existing comments in a long block you are commenting, CTRL + Q will uncomment your actual comments, where CTRL + K just add another level of // in front. CTRL + SHIFT + K removes a single line comment from the selection.
They shortcut to comment out a block of code is “Ctrl+K, C” or “Ctrl+E, C” (as a reminder, I'm using the default C# settings in Visual Studio). To comment out a selection, we first highlight the code: And then just press “Ctrl+K, C”: That's it.
