The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier. That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. My vice president used it also an has no problems with it. Being able to find what your looking for, then being able to fill form in an save it, then come back to it.

Text messages (also known as SMS, short message service) and email are both safe, but have limitations to their security and privacy. If confidentiality is critical for your communication, it is best to encrypt your email or use the secure email form on a Website when available.
With watchOS and iOS, your messages are encrypted on your device so that they can't be accessed without your passcode. We designed iMessage and FaceTime so that there's no way for us to decrypt your data when it's in transit between devices. For certain sensitive information, Apple uses end-to-end encryption.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) brings an extra layer of security that passwords alone can't provide. One of the most common methods of 2FA is SMS text messages. The problem is that SMS is not a secure medium. Hackers have several tools in their arsenal that can intercept, phish, and spoof SMS.
