Description. The select form control is a container for a series of option elements that display in the browser as a pull-down menu (that is, a drop-down list).
The selected attribute is a boolean attribute. When present, it specifies that an option should be preselected when the page loads. The pre-selected option will be displayed first in the drop-down list. Tip: The selected attribute can also be set after the page loads, with a JavaScript.
The name attribute specifies a name for the element. This name attribute can be used to reference the element in a JavaScript. For form elements it is also used as a reference when the data is submitted, For iframe element it can be used to target a form submission.
Log in and go to Forms. Hover over the form title and click the More icon. Select Rename Form. Uncheck Use the form title as the form name. Update the Form Name. Click Save.
