The Portable Document Format or PDF is a popular document format used in business, thanks to the accessibility. How do you highlight text using the keyboard?

If you want to highlight one word at a time, press Ctrl key while holding down Shift, and then press the left or right arrow key. If you want to highlight a whole line of text, move your cursor to the start of the line, hold the Shift key, and then press the down arrow.

Is there a keyboard shortcut for highlighting in Word?

Using the highlighting shortcut key Adding highlighting: Select the text you want to highlight, then press Ctrl+Alt+H. Removing highlighting: Select the highlighted text, then press Ctrl+Alt+H.

Is there a shortcut to highlight in Word?
