Open File Explorer. Click Downloads. Right-click the file you'd like to tag and choose Properties. Switch over to the Details tab. At the bottom of the Description heading, you'll see Tags. Add a descriptive tag or two (you can add as many as you'd like). Press Enter when you're done. Press OK to save the change.
Color your folders Click the small green '' icon and choose a folder to color, then click 'OK'. Pick a color and click 'Apply', then open Windows Explorer to see the change. You'll notice that colored folders don't give you a preview of their contents like standard Windows folders do.
Navigate to the file you want to tag and right-click it. In the menu that appears, select Properties. In the Properties window, select the Details tab. On the Details tab, double-click the Tags line to add one or more tags, separating each one with a semicolon.
