It's a good and intuitive product. the only technical glitch is that some of the larger text boxes are shifted over to the right by a fraction of an inch and outside the printable area of most printers.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Can you change your DMV picture?
To change it, just go to any DMV location or AAA branch (if you are a member) and request an update to your license. The fee for an update to a driver's license or state identification card is $6.50.
What happens if you hate your driver's license picture?
If you are unhappy with your driver's license photo, you can go to the DMV and apply for a duplicate license. They will take a new photo, and provide you with a temporary license, said Rodney Yo, owner of a California DMV-licensed online traffic school.
What happens if you don't like your driver's license picture?
First, save your expired driver's license, always. Then, if you don't like the picture on the new license, lose the ugly license, and use the expired one in the state-approved manner to identify yourself as you get the replacement license.
Can you retake your DL picture?
With renewal by mail, you can go as long as a dozen years without having a new driver's license picture. You can still get a new one, the DMV says. Just call for an appointment, shell out $12, and have your picture retaken for a new driver's license. (It will be labeled duplicate.)
Do I have to retake my picture for a real ID?
A new vision test and written test is needed every 10 years. If you upgrade to Relaid a CA DL at renewal you need to be present at the DMV with 2 proof of residency and 2 forms of government issued picture ID's.
Can I change my photo on driving License?
DLA will get the photo and signature for your new driving license from your passport. If this is not possible you will not be able to change your photo online. If you have a photocard driving license, you must renew it every 10 years — you'll receive a reminder before your current license ends.
Do you take a new picture for real ID?
The reason you have to go in person is that they need to take your fingerprint, take a picture, and see your documentation, i.e. Social Security card, birth certificate or passport, proof of California residence etc. Yes, you may need to take the vision test.
