Borya created the vision for our easy-to-use, automated, end-to-end document workflow solution. He is passionate about airSlate’s products and ensuring that they meet the needs of our vibrant community of users.
He has 20-years experience developing and applying algorithms and models to drive business results and academic insights. Prior to joining airSlate, he founded Orwick, an online community for scientific research. He also was a professor of BioInformatics at Boston University and a fellow in Systems Biology at Harvard University. He has published many research papers, including ones on the evolution of genetic structures, which he adapted to create airSlate’s exceptional growth model.
Borya received a BS in Computational BioPhysics from University of Illinois, a PhD in Bioinformatics from Boston University.
Drew leads our HR, legal, and operations teams. He also handles airSlate’s acquisitions.
He has over 30 years of experience building great teams, introducing innovative products, shortening time to market, and coordinating finances to close deals on a deadline. Before joining airSlate, Drew served as CEO/CFO of several software and high-tech companies, including Liquid Machines (sold to Check Point Security), ProcessUnity, and Yottaa. Drew’s prior experience includes a background in investment banking, venture investing, and strategy consultancy.
Drew received a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business.
Vadim leads our engineering team. He built airSlate’s first product, pdfFiller, which is used by millions of users.
For the past 30+ years, Vadim served as founder, technologist and/or director for various software and internet companies, including FurnitureFan, SharpSpring, ThinMail and Cytrix. Prior to founding airSlate, Vadim founded Clear Software, flowcharting and graphical tool software that was sold to SPSS. Post acquisition, he continued as EVP of Internet Products for SPSS.
Vadim is also the inventor of the spider technology that drives most of today’s search engines.
Rich leads airSlate’s finance team and handles our investor relations.
He has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, financial and investment management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets across public and private companies. Prior to joining airSlate, he served as CFO at Acacia Research, a permanent capital platform, Clear, a leading biometric identity verification platform, and in leadership roles across the live entertainment and sports industries. Before that, he worked in investment research at Goldman Sachs and later in investment management at Baron Capital.
Rich received his BA in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
Tanya leads our marketing teams. She helps to bring our products to market and communicates on how our products and features can help our user community.
She has almost 25 years of experience working with multinational brands, such as Procter & Gamble, L’oreal, Sanofi, Nestle, and General Motors, in order to expand their global outreach. Prior to airSlate, she was a Managing Director for such top advertising agencies as Publicis, Leo Burnett and Grey Group.
Tanya received a BS in Information Systems from Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts.
Shawn leads our global marketing team, driving our strategy for demand generation, product marketing, branding, communications, and sales development.
Over the course of his 20+ years of experience in marketing, Shawn believes an integrated approach to marketing plays a critical role within the revenue team. With experience in leading Marketing teams from startup (<$10M) to scale up ($10M - $500M), Shawn appreciates a learning curve and respects the process of testing methods and strategies without fear of being wrong.
Prior to joining airSlate, he led global marketing teams at PandaDoc, Braze, ExactTarget, and Salesforce. Shawn received a BS in Biology, BA Psychology, and BS Sociology from Indiana University as well as an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Colin leads the sales engineering team at airSlate providing prospects and customers with expert support to ensure every airSlate flow runs smoothly.
Colin has spent more than 15 years working with workflow automation products in various capacities. Prior to airSlate, he spent 8 years in pre-sales engineering in the business process management space at Appian. Previously, he served as product manager for various workflow software firms. He began his career at Forrester Research where he covered the business process management market.
Colin received a BA from Tufts University in Economics and Computer Science.

Eveline leads special projects at airSlate, including the airSlate Academy with mission to educate and empower a community of airSlaters that are passionate about workflow process automation.
Eveline has worked with fast-growing startups for over 10 years, initially as CEO of a cleantech startup and then as an investor at a seed fund and accelerators, including as Techstars Director for their Boston accelerator. She was also CEO of the most influential media company in Ukraine, Ekonomika, where she spearheaded their digital transformation. Prior to startups, Eveline worked as an advanced control systems engineer and process engineer for the leading global industrial gases producer Linde (former Praxair).
Eveline received a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of California - Berkeley, a Masters in Engineering from University at Buffalo, and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Eugene leads our platform, infrastructure, and integrations teams. He is a passionate technologist, who enjoys working with engineers to build scalable and robust software products.
He has over 15 years experience on the Engineering teams of top firms, such as EMC and SunLife Financial. Roles prior to airSlate include Director of DevOps at Datto, Director of Engineering at Personagraph and Principal Architect at EMC.
Eugene received an MS in Engineering and Management from MIT and an MS in Computer Systems Engineering from Northeastern University.
Roman leads airSlate’s legal, privacy, and compliance team. His passion is finding legal solutions that enable the business to unlock the potential of people, at both individual and company-wide levels.
Roman’s background is primarily in corporate law, M&A, contract management, and intellectual property & technology law. Roman started at airSlate as a Legal Counsel before growing into his current General Counsel role. Prior to joining airSlate, his legal expertise was shaped through working in both law firm and corporate in-house settings.
Roman earned his LLM and JD degrees from the University of Illinois College of Law.
