Wish that the tools were better on the app. Very limited there.
Also that there was a square/box that could be drawn, not just the addition of a circle.

How do I reduce the size of a PDF in Windows 10 without losing quality?
Compress PDF on Windows 10 Open the app and click Add File to add the PDF that you want to compress. Locate and select the PDF > click Open. Choose how much you'd want to compress the image quality. Once done, hit Compress and you're done.
How do I reduce the size of a PDF for printing?
Choose File > Properties, and click the Advanced tab. Select options for the Print Dialog Presets. The Default option in the Page Scaling pop-up menu is Shrink To Printable Area. Save the file to apply the new defaults.
Why does Microsoft Print to PDF make files larger?
The PDF files created using the Microsoft Print to PDF printer can be very large as they are not optimally compressed and do not provide any mechanism for changing the resolution of the graphics. Enabling JPEG2000 image compression in the Advanced tab of the PDF Options window can also reduce the PDF file size.
