I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.

Unfortunately I paid for PDFescape before I found you. I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. How do I remove a password from a PDF if I don't know the password?
Choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it from the document.
Why won't my PDF let me delete pages?
If you are unable to delete or remove pages from a PDF file that is because your PDF is restricted. This means your PDF file has editing restrictions. Because of this, you are unable to perform any activity on your PDF. This is called Owner-level protection.
How do I delete pages from a PDF in Windows?
Go to the "Page" tab on the toolbar, and select the pages you want to delete. Then click the "Delete" icon. After that, click the "Delete" button in the pop-up window. This will delete pages from PDF.
How do I remove password protection from a PDF in Windows 10?
