So here is the solution that I found:Open the ppt file in Keynote.Remove all the links by right clicking over the link.Re-add the links.Go to Export in File menu and click PDF.Select Best quality instead of good (I kept all the other options as default)Create PDF by clicking on the right hand corner.Save your PDF.
