At times, it is difficult to edit the pdf the way you want. There are too many steps to take in order to do what you want with your document. Eventually, I am able to get the pdf the way I want it.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The answer is simple: Last name is your family or formal name, also called 'surname'. First name is your personal name given to identify you within the family.
3 Answers. When a US form asks for “full name”, it means the sequence of names as written on your birth certificate or other official documentation (such as passport). In your case, your first name (usually the name you are known by) is the “first name” and you're remaining phenoms would be the “middle name(s)”.
You can use your name first and then use your last name as your surname. You can make an affidavit and change your last name to your first name and make your first name as your surname. Hope it helps.
initials in a name When a person uses two initials and a last name, a space should be inserted between the initials. A space also should be inserted between the last initial and the last name. But, no space between two-letter abbreviations (i.e., U.S., P.O.).
A personal name or full name is the set of names by which an individual is known and that can be recited as a word-group, with the understanding that, taken together, they all relate to that one individual. In many cultures, the term is synonymous with the birth name or legal name of the individual.
The first name is the name given to a child upon birth and upon baptism as a Christian name. On the other hand, the last name is the name that appears last when writing the name of an individual. Moreover, the last name represents the family name and is common to other members of the family.
So, for example, if your full name were John Fred SMITH (your surname being SMITH), then your first name (in full) would be John Fred. Legally speaking, you don't have a middle name, so you'd simply have a first name made up of two names (John Fred).
”Binomial” means having a double name. “Hyphenated” means adding one last name to another by using a hyphen. Sometimes done in marriage, or in giving a child both parents' last names. Some people refer to their first name, middle name (which may or may not be used), and last name (which may or may not be hyphenated).
