Create a new folder and name it whatever you want. Go to the photos you want to resize. Select all the images. Right-click on the selected pictures, go to Send to and then click on Mail recipient. Select a size (e.g., 800 × 600). Click on Attach. Now a small Email window will appear.
Find and select the image you want to resize, and then click the Open button. On the Home tab of the Paint toolbar, click the Resize button. Paint gives you the option of resizing by percentage or by pixels. It uses percentage by default, and that's fine for rough resizing.

Step 1: Click on the browse button and select a digital photo from your computer that you wish to optimize. Step 2: Select the compression level between 0-99 that you want to apply to the image. A low compression level will result in a much smaller file size but image quality will be lowed.
Upload your file to the image compressor. It can be an image, document or even a video. Select an image format from the drop-down list. For compression, we offer PNG and JPG. Choose the quality you want your image to be saved in. Click on “Start” to start the compression process.
