So far it works great! There's a bit of a learning curve, but I was able to chat with a support rep even though it was late at night. He helped explain how I could achieve my goals for our Robotics team engineering notebook forms.

Perfect for my needs! I found it super easy to use - was looking for a product like this and it really met my needs! I have used it for basic tasks and it works great. I feel like if I ever want to do more creative documents that I will need more training. This feature is a bit complicated to me.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
When sending or receiving a fax, documents that contain mostly text usually take approximately 1 minute per page. For documents that contain graphics (e.g. scans of documents), or for faxes that are being sent through a slow phone line, it may take 5 minutes per page or more to be sent or delivered.
An error report is not printed. You can check the Status Monitor for the last fax sent. You can print a Communication Management Report. Furthermore, you can program your fax machine to automatically print a confirmation report after each fax sent.
Go to the Scent Faxes Archive section to view the list of your sent faxes. Find the fax you wish to get the confirmation report of, and click on the 3-dot icon next to it. Click on the Fax Confirmation Report option to view the report.
A fax (short for facsimile and sometimes called telescoping) is the telephonic transmission of scanned-in printed material (text or images), usually to a telephone number associated with a printer or other output device. The receiving fax machine reconverts the coded image and prints a paper copy of the document.

If your fax contains large amounts of text and/or complex graphics, it will take longer to send than a simple document. The more data that needs to be transmitted, the longer the time to send the fax. Quality — A poor connection or noise on the telephone line will slow down a fax transmission.
