Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.

Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.

Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.

Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.

Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

How to Tack Design in DOC with pdfFiller:

Upload your DOC file to pdfFiller by hovering over the ADD NEW button and then choosing Upload Document. Browse your computer for the file you need to edit or drag and drop it to the upload area.

Select the template you’ve just added and click Open.

Download your edited DOC by clicking Download in the right-hand toolbar of the dashboard. Alternatively, send your form via electronic mail or an active hyperlink.

The software is very user-friendly and FAST! I have purchased several PDF software programs through the year and many times Nuance Scansoft PDF (ver. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) and have purchased the Foxit (Phantom PDF) one. I can say that the ease, the speediness of filling out PDF forms and its online platform make PDF Filler my number ONE PDF software now. I have only one recommendation. If you could make a tryout period available for the Professional and Business versions, that would be awesome!

Great for PDFs! PDF filler is a great way for me to edit PDFs that clients send me. It is also very handy for finding my own PDFs that I need for a variety of reasons. I love how useful this product is. It is also really easy to use once you get the hang of it. The database of forms they have to search and use is also incredibly helpful! It can be a bit hard to use at first, especially if you aren't familiar with PDFs. I typically have to train an employee for about 30 minutes before they can really understand and use all of the features that PDFfiller provides.
