My experience has been quite positive for the most part. There were some features I was unable to use successfully, but overall I found the service to be very useful.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can service my clients fasters.

Check your employer's policy. Find out if there is a precedent. Prepare the case: the value of a career break. Consider how you will demonstrate your value to the organization. Come up with a plan for cover. Have the conversation.
A career break is generally defined as any time you've been off work for an extended period (of typically more than three months) that has been for any reason other than redundancy. It can cover illness, travel, a sabbatical, having children, caring for relatives and many other reasons.
Be Honest. According to Orville Pierson, author of The Unwritten Rules of the Highly Effective Job Search, honesty is key. Don't Fret EVERY Gap in Employment. Be Prepared. Prove You Won't Do it Again. Find the Value. Match Your Resume Gap in Employment to the Job Opening. Shorten Your Job Gap Now. Consider a Cover Letter.
Assess your situation. Many people make the mistake of jumping straight back into the first job they can find. Update your CV with your career break. Network. Be prepared for your interview. Look for career returner programs. Be confident. Everyone has their own career path.
Format your CV in a way that works for you. Prepare, prepare, prepare. Explain how the career gap has been a good thing for you. Put a positive spin on things. Keep on top of things. Don't be scared to say you lost your job. Do something useful.
But you can get software job after 5 years gap. Work on your technical skills and prepare well to attend interviews. Work to provide the necessary answers at the time of interview for the gap period, because 5 years of gap period is very high. You can start attending interviews in the software companies.
