How to Use the Adapt Name Accreditation Feature in pdfFiller

Log in to your pdfFiller account and find the document that needs to be edited.

Click on the Adapt Name Accreditation feature located on the right-hand side of the screen.

Type in the name that needs to be changed, or select the “Find and Replace” option to replace multiple instances of the name in one go.

Choose the accreditation level that the new name should have. There are three different options available: Standard, Notary, and Certified.

Once you have entered the new name and selected the appropriate accreditation level, click on “Apply” to save the changes.

The new name and accreditation will now be visible on the document. You can review the changes by scrolling through the page.

If you need to make any further adjustments, click on the Adapt Name Accreditation feature again and edit the information as needed.

Once you are satisfied with the changes, save the updated document to your computer or share it with others via email, fax or cloud storage service.
