How to Use the Adjust Footnote Article Feature in pdfFiller

The Adjust Footnote Article feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily modify and customize the appearance of footnotes in your documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, allowing you to make changes to the footnote article.

In the sidebar, you can adjust the font size, font style, alignment, and other formatting options for the footnote article.

Make the desired changes to the footnote article by selecting the appropriate options in the sidebar.

As you make changes, you will see a live preview of the updated footnote article in the document.

Once you are satisfied with the changes, click on the 'Apply' button to save them.

The footnote article will be updated with your customizations.

Initial problem was apparently that I had failed to save the (almost) completed form that I had made, and when I went bace to it, only the original blank form was available. I see the error of my way. Quite interested in learning lots more about program and the ways it couod be useful to me.

To edit the text of a footnote or end note, click in the note, or click the anchor for the note in the text. To change the format of a footnote, click in the footnote, press F11 to open the Styles and Formatting window, right-click “Footnote” in the list, and then choose To modify.
Open the document. There are two different ways to do this: ... Hover the mouse cursor over the footnote. An icon that looks like a tag will appear. Double-click the tag icon. Now you'll see an editable version of your footnote. Make changes to the footnote. ... Click somewhere else in the file.
Do one of the following: To change the formatting of the footnote numbers, select the Footnotes Reference Style. If you want to change the formatting of the footnote text at the bottom of the page, select the Footnote Text Style. Click Modify, and then change the formatting options (font, size, and so on).

If you want to delete the footnote (that's at the bottom of the page), delete the number 1 in the body. When you do that, the footnote itself disappears. Another way you can do this is to right-click the footnote at the bottom of the page, select Go to Footnote and then delete the number there.
Click where you want to reference to the footnote or end note. On the References tab, select Insert Footnote or Insert End note. Enter what you want in the footnote or end note. Return to your place in the document by double-clicking the number or symbol at the beginning of the note.
To change the formatting of the footnote numbers, select the Footnotes Reference Style. If you want to change the formatting of the footnote text at the bottom of the page, select the Footnote Text Style. Click Modify, and then change the formatting options (font, size, and so on).
Click Insert, then click Close. When you want to automatically update the supra reference numbers, do this: Click your cursor anywhere inside the footnote fields. Hit Ctrl A.
