Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

PDFFILLER HAS CHANGED MY PRACTICE - FOR THE BETTER I use this software everyday and have found it a necessity in my practice. Prior to having pdffiller, we still had to type into forms using a TYPEWRITER. No joke. With my legal practice there are numerous forms that we have to fill out. Not only does pdffiller have the usual ability to enter Text into a form, but the feature we rely on the most is the ability to DELETE and RE-TYPE into the document. This has improved the time it takes to draft and amend documents that were not originally created by our office. Sometimes it is difficult to save under a different name and I often accidentally save over a prior document.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The compensation that will be paid. Whether the employment is for a set length of time or at will. Specifics regarding vacation time and sick leave and whether such time accrues from year to year. And the responsibilities of both parties in regard to the work to be done and the work environment.
Names of the Parties. The employer's organization details and the employee's full name and address. Start Date. Job Title and Description. Place of Work. Hours of Work. Probationary Period. Salary. Assessments.
There is no legal requirement for an employee to have a written contract of employment, although having something in writing can make it easier to understand what your contractual obligations and rights are. Sometimes employment contracts can be verbal, which is especially common in small businesses.
Terms of a contract An employment contract is made up of: specific terms agreed in writing ('express terms'), such as the employee's pay and working hours. Terms that are part of employment law ('statutory terms')
Write the Title. When you proceed to type out your employment agreement, you should title your draft. State the Parties. Every employment agreement needs to clearly identify and state the parties. List Terms and Conditions. Outline Position Duties. Be Clear on Compensation. Add Other Clauses. Use These Contract Terms.
Two weeks is usually a good time period to wait before contacting them, especially if you were expecting some type of contact within that timeframe. Whatever you do though, do not be rude. The hiring process can get complicated quickly, and you should be courteous to them throughout it.
In the absence of a written employment contract that provides the employer the ability to make such changes, an employee may be entitled to refuse the changes and sue the employer for constructive dismissal claim. This means that the employer may be forced to pay wrongful dismissal damages.
A contract can be broken if either you or your employer doesn't follow a term in the contract. This is known as a 'breach of contract'. For example, if you're dismissed and your employer doesn't give you the amount of notice you're entitled to under your contract, this would be a breach of contract.
