Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.

New Form I-9 Released On Jan. 31, 2020, USCIS published the Form I-9 Federal Register notice announcing a new version of Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, that the Office of Management and Budget approved on Oct. 21, 2019. This new version contains minor changes to the form and its instructions.
10.3. 2 Electronic Signature of Form I-9. You may choose to complete a paper Form I-9 and scan and upload the original signed form to retain it electronically. Upon request of the employee, provide a printed confirmation of the transaction to the person providing the signature.
A preparer and/or translator may help an employee complete Form I-9. Employees must provide E-Verify employers with their Social Security numbers. Employees who can satisfy Form I-9 requirements may work while awaiting their Social Security numbers.
When completing Form I-9, you should ensure that: Copies of the documentation retained with Form I-9 are legible, if copies of documentation are made. Abbreviations used are widely understood. Do not use an abbreviation that is not widely known.
You are required to complete and retain a Form I-9 for every employee you hire for employment in the United States, except for: Individuals hired on or before Nov. 6, 1986, who are continuing in their employment and have a reasonable expectation of employment at all times.
As an employer, do I have to fill out all the Forms I-9 myself? No. You may designate someone to fill out Forms I-9 for you, such as a personnel officer, foreman, agent, or anyone else acting on your behalf, such as a notary public.
Give your name and title, and request the contact person listed on the application. If the person is not available, leave a call back number, name and good time to reach you. Greet the contact person when he gets on the line. Ask him to verify the former employee's job title, duties, attendance and ending salary.
