What do you like best?
Create and save editable PDFs in one secure spot. Getting verified signatures with a time stamp is great.
What do you dislike?
I do not dislike anything. If I had to pick my least favorite thing, I’d say that sharing documents via is not as straight forward from the website. I usually save a local copy and email from that to avoid confusion.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sending contracts for signatures to clients.

So Easy to Use Anybody Could Do It I have had a great experience with this program so far it has eliminated my need for some of the other programs I have tried which ultimately has saved a lot of money while also making my job a little easier. PDFiller is so easy to use that you anybody can do it. It walks you through everything but you may not even need to do that its very clear and easy to navigate. This program also has saved me so much time and money on other options in which you would have to get more than one program to accomplish what just this one program does. Once in a while I have to exit out of it because it freezes up, but I'm always able to go right back into it without having to wait.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
In addition to mortgage interest, you can deduct origination fees and points used to purchase or refinance your rental property, interest on unsecured loans used for improvements and any credit card interest for purchases related to your rental property.
Only loan interest and real estate taxes are deductible closing costs for a rental property. Other settlement fees and closing costs for buying the property become additions to your basis in the property. Costs that are basis adjustments can be part of your yearly depreciation deduction for the rental property.
The only settlement or closing costs you can deduct on your tax return for the year the home was purchased or built are Mortgage Interest and certain Real Estate (property) taxes. These can be deducted in the year you buy your home if you itemize your deductions.
You closing costs are not tax-deductible if they are fees for services, like title insurance and appraisals. You can deduct these items considered mortgage interest: Mortgage insurance premiums for contracts issued from 2014 to 2019 but paid in the tax year. Points since they're considered prepaid interest.
What is deductible on my closing statement? The buyer of a principal residence may deduct interest, loan origination fees (typically referred to as points, also note that the IRS allows the buyer to deduct these even if they came out of the seller's funds) and real estate taxes.
These expenses may include mortgage interest, property tax, operating expenses, depreciation, and repairs. You can deduct the ordinary and necessary expenses for managing, conserving and maintaining your rental property. Ordinary expenses are those that are common and generally accepted in the business.
While you only can write off mortgage interest and property taxes on your personal residence, the IRS treats investment property much more generously. You typically can claim all your operating expenses and depreciation against a rental property, and those expenses aren't subject to any limits on itemized deductions.
Points, closing costs and mortgage interest paid on a loan secured by investment property are all tax-deductible. Deductible closing costs include: obtaining an appraisal or inspection required by the lender, mortgage insurance premiums, title fees, loan origination fees, recording fees and abstract fees.
