The PDF is a common document format for various reasons. PDFs are accessible from any device, so you can share them between devices with different displays and settings. PDFs will appear the same, whether you open it on a Mac, a Microsoft one or on smartphones.

Data security is another reason why do we rather use PDF files to store and share private information and documents. In addition to password protection features, some platforms give you access to an opening history to track down people who read or completed the document before.

pdfFiller is an online editor that lets you create, edit, sign, and share PDFs directly from your web browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google spreadsheet, start editing it and create some fillable fields to make a document singable. Once you’ve finished editing a document, you can mail it to recipients to complete, and you'll get a notification when it’s completed.

Use powerful editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a template’s page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Ask your recipient to complete the document. Add images into your PDF and edit its layout. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02

The standard size of a logo depends on the platform you're uploading it to. For example, a YouTube profile photo is 800 pixels x 800 pixels, whereas a logo for a website or email signature usually has a maximum height of 100 pixels. Having easy-to-resize PNG and vector files will help you adapt your logo accordingly.
Logo sizes for your website Once your design (PNG, transparent background) is ready, you need to upload it to your website. For the most part, 250 PX (width) x 100 PX (height) are the optimal logo dimensions for a web page.

LOGO SIZES: Logos placed on shirts or jackets in a left chest position should not exceed 3.75” x 3.75” in size. Most Logos are usually sized to fit within 3 to 3 1/2” wide.
300 dpi is the standard for print projects (especially for offset printing). Vector images have unlimited resolution, so it's better for scaling logos. 150 dpi is usually used for extra-large printed projects. But when it comes to web, resolution is normally around 72 dpi.
Whether it's a photo, logo or clip art, the file has to be 300 pixels per inch resolution to print clearly. Many people copy and paste an image from a web page thinking that it looks good on the web page, so it must look good on a label. Here's the problem; web pages are only 72 pixels per inch resolution.
As a rule of thumb, printers prefer images to be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) for high-resolution prints.

I would say that you should always save and AI file as the primary source file and an EPS file as a universally editable format. These are ideal for printing, however for other uses you will need to produce a JPEG, PNG and possibly a TIFF. I'd send them some combo of: EPS (the 'traditional' format.
