This will ensure it is not held at the discretion of the program committee or program staff members. You will receive a full refund for the amount paid if you do cancel your class. Re-Registered: Due to the large amount of cancellations and delays in the registration process this season, you may be approved to enroll a re-registered in a later year after we have received your cancelled/delayed registration. We require at least 30 days advance notice in order to do this. Please let us know when you would like to enrol re-registrations via email or phone. Re-Registration Fee Waiver: If a person's schedule changes, (i.e.: they are no longer at the school), the person requesting a waiver must be a student in the same class in which the original cancellation was made, must have a current and valid photo ID, and must provide a copy of their student ID, plus a 50 cancellation fee. If a waiver is requested, the 50 cancellation fee is waived. Course Change/Drop: You are required to notify the program committee or program staff if you will be moving your registration to a different program, changing your field of school, or if you will be dropping a course that you are enrolling in. Changes of Major: You must notify the program committee or program staff in advance of any major changes you may be making. This is to allow the program to offer students a minimum of 30 days to change course(s). Incomplete Course: You will be notified of your status within 30 days of a course's completion or cancellation. If the course has an incomplete grade you must register in it at your earliest convenience, even on days to which you would normally be required to register.
