Dates and Times of Proposals are as follows:
Proposals must be received no later than December 19, 2006, and no later than August 11, 2007.
Proposals are due October 1, 2007, or upon approval of the Department of Administration and the Maryland Office of Policy Development (RAPID), whichever occurs later.
The PAID will make the determination whether the Department will approve or not approve a proposal.
The PAID is responsible for administering the solicitation.
