IN THE PERFORMANCE ADJUSTMENT TO STATE LEVEL PROGRAM, NEW REGULATIONS FOR REVISIONS TO THE APPROVED SKILLS LIST FOR THE PERFORMANCE ADJUSTMENT TO STATE LEVEL (PDF) are Effective March 1, 2005.
