The PCard is a charge card issued to Cardholders to simplify U of I System authorized small dollar purchases of supplies and small equipment. It is a System-paid, System-liability Mastercard™. The TCard is a charge card authorized by the Department Head.
The procurement card is designed for purchase of products and non-travel related services. The travel card is to be used only for business travel related expenses.
The established standard monthly credit card limit is based on the Cardholder's budgetary responsibility not to exceed $25,000 per month. Requests to increase monthly card limits up to $25,000 per month may be submitted via the P-Card Change Request Form.
