The funds collected will be forwarded to the Veterans History Project for research into the veterans of the past. You are being asked to make a donation to the Veterans History Project in memory of a deceased veteran due to their service as an official representative. You will be given permission and authorization to use the information from this online form for any project, whether for research or to honor a deceased veteran. Please be aware that this online form is to be used if donating letters, diaries, and other printed and handwritten manuscripts to the Veterans History Project. It is to be used in conjunction with the required Checklist, Biographical Data Form, and Veteran's Release Form. I respectfully request that you list the reasons why you did not answer.
