How long is a game? A game in table tennis is played until one of the players scores 11 points or if there is a 2 point difference after the score was tied (10:10). A game used to be played until 21, but that rule was changed by the ITTF in 2001.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, the Harvard Table Tennis Club welcomes all university affiliates. Practices are held at the top floor of the MAC on: Wednesdays, 8–10 PM. Sundays, 5–7 PM.
If collocated, only two or four players can play a game of table tennis together; if three players want to play, they would have to split up unequally: one against two, creating a biased game, or adopting some kind of round- robin system for play.
