Agency shall use the most recent published state government budget as the starting date until the first fiscal year the program will be implemented. II. CATEGORIES OF AFFECTED WORKING HOURS: The following lists of work time can be used by MBC employees to determine if a telework or telecommuting policy would be implemented for an individual employee. (1). Telework and Telecommuting: The following categories of telework and telecommuting policies apply to these employees: (i) a satellite office or Teleworks for the purposes of this policy is a place where employees take turns working and the employer has provided a schedule of scheduled working hours.
