The slides below contain a more detailed look at the key points (i.e., what we will be presenting) and you may be able to find additional photos and descriptions there. As you attend the seminar and review these documents over the next week, you will develop a more nuanced understanding of the curriculum that will help guide how and by whom we provide instruction in COHO. In short, the goal of this meeting will be to create a framework for providing students and/or employees with the knowledge and skills needed to understand and address important issues related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). This will include a discussion of our curriculum requirements, which were developed, in part, as a result of the review of faculty and staff input, as well as feedback from staff member survey responses. To facilitate this meeting, we have invited some of our distinguished faculty and staff to attend the meeting to discuss the issues that are being reviewed. Their involvement provides a valuable perspective on issues that require more than a PowerPoint presentation. Many of our faculty and staff members work across disciplines but share a common commitment to providing excellence in research, teaching, service and education at the undergraduate level.
