The refund will be issued as soon as the product gets sent to be resold. 7) Export License is granted for the export of the software products only. It cannot be used for the export of the software products to any country which is a party to the United Nations Export Controls Act or International Traffic in Arms Regulations of 1997 or other similar laws.
